R.I.P. Geocities
Fare thee well, Geocities. You hosted my first web page, and taught me all about non-semantic, ugly HTML. Daniel Tosh wraps up some of the things we’ll all miss about Geocities here.
Also, to prevent this blog from becoming nothing but posthumous dedications, I’ll be moving back to a full-scale WordPress blog in the coming weeks.

Should I Boldly Go?
I’ve never been a big fan of Star Trek, but the new movie actually looks pretty good. Is it worth going back and checking out some of the previous shows/movies or am I just impressed by the flashy action and CGI of the new feature film?

Every now and then I need to reboot my blog and try something new, so I’m going to give tumblr a whirl. Hopefully I’ll keep up with it more than I have with my blog in the past month or so.
